St. John’s Prayer Shawl Ministry is resuming its important work at St. John’s, as of November 2, 2025! We plan to meet regularly at church at 9:00 am on the first Sunday of each month to knit, crochet, or use fabric to make shawls while we share prayer and fellowship. Knitting lessons will be provided. And if anyone knows how to crochet, please join us!
The shawls we make will be blessed and given to anyone in need - neighbors, friends, family, coworkers or strangers! Yarn will be provided to start us out. If you can’t join us at church, you can make the shawls at home and/or donate supplies to keep this vital ministry going. Let’s help one another and make shawls to wrap others in God’s love! Our first meeting will be held Sunday, November 2 at 9:00 am.
