St. John's Pro-Democracy Book Group will meet on Tuesday, April 28, beginning at 7:00 pm in the St John's lounge (link:  bit.ly/STJNFaith) to discuss The Greatest Sentence Ever Written, by Walter Isaacson.  The book analyzes the second sentence of the Declaration of Independence—"We hold these truths to be self-evident..."—as the foundational, 35-word mission statement of American democracy.
