service opportunities at St. John's

Our Tellers account for pledge payments and other income received during Sunday morning services. Each team of two tellers serves about once every five weeks for approximately a half-hour after in-person Sunday services to count money received. New volunteers are welcome and will be trained by experienced tellers.

Join us for a Sunday Service

We offer four Sunday worship services to deepen your connection to God in community. Whether you attend in person or join via the livestream, we invite you to worship with us however you're able.

Rite I Eucharist

At this traditional-language, spoken communion service, you’ll find quiet time for reflection and peaceful prayer, gathering with others in St. Mary’s Chapel to hear the day’s sermon and scripture.

Family Service

This communion service combines scripture, music, lessons, and prayer with music led by the St. John’s Singers with two unique supports for worshipping families: Our new Pray Ground and Children’s Chapel.

Rite II Eucharist

This traditional communion service celebrates God’s love and presence in our lives. Whether your join in person or through the livestream, we'll worship through scripture, prayers, and hymns, with music led by the St. John’s Choir.

WATCH LIVESTREAM

Come as You Are Eucharist

This is the perfect service for people who prefer an informal worship setting. At this evening service, the sermon is more conversational, and we gather for communion in the round.
