Join us for our Renewal Sunday "homecoming" on September 7, starting at 10:00 am! This cherished annual event helps us to to mark the transition from summer into the school and program year with fellowship and a focus on getting involved in St. John's many ministries.
After a festive 10:00 am worship service, we will host a celebratory Lunch and Ministry Fair! Join us for a joyous time full of food, fun and fellowship! St. Johns Parish Life hospitality ministry will provide a delicious lunch and special treats. Everyone is invited to eat, greet, meet and connect with one another. Our wonderful ministry leaders will be present at the Ministry Fair to share information on the many ways to get engaged in service, fellowship and worship at St. John’s. There will also be special activities for children!
If you're able to assist, Parish Life needs some helping hands on the morning of Sunday, September 7—including:
- Food setup: 5 to 7 volunteers between 8:30 am to 10:00 am
- Serving: 2 volunteers to set out and monitor food, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Clean up (no dishwashing!): 2 volunteers, from 11:45 am
- Provide fruit salad or bite size desserts: drop off in the kitchen between 8:30 am and 10:00 am
