The St. John's Opportunity Shop has been serving our community for more than 70 years, collecting donated art, housewares, clothing, books, jewelry, and more for resale. All proceeds go to charities focused on families and children.
The shop, at 4504 Walsh Street (next to the Writer's Center), is planning an exciting refurbishment that will make it an even more pleasant place to shop and will show off its wonderful items. To prepare for the painting and new cabinets, the shop will be having some significant sales between now and December 20—the last sales day before the holidays. Please stop by and see what treasures you might find, and hold your donations until mid-January when the shop will have a grand re-opening.
Through December 20, Shop hours are Wednesdays through Fridays, 10am to 4pm, and Saturdays, 10am to 3pm.
