Introducing St. John’s New Faith & Democracy Ministry

Introducing the new Faith & Democracy Ministry, which is based on our shared Christian faith and founded on the statements and policy positions of the Episcopal Church, a compendium of which can be found here.

This ministry grew out of our March 2 listening session with the hope of replacing a sense of helplessness with a sense of purpose, making our voices and our faith values heard, and aims to provide opportunities for Prayer, Education, and Action.

We are planning a series of Town Halls in the Fall focusing on the intersection of faith, democracy and the rule of law, partnering with other St. John’s ministries and other faith communities whenever possible.

We are still in the planning stage and welcome all forms of engagement as this ministry evolves. As a first step, we have launched this newsletter. If you have ideas, would like to join our new ministry and/or receive regular communications, please use the form below to contact parishioner Rob Hartmann.
