For over 80 years, St. John’s kitchen has played a central role in parish life and ministry. From third Sunday suppers to the annual Shrove Tuesday supper, Easter brunches, ministry fundraisers, Shepherd’s Table, and so much more, our kitchen has been a space for connecting and caring with parishioners and the wider community alike.
Just over a year ago, the Vestry's Kitchen Appeal Task Force launched the "Keep Our Kitchen Cooking" Appeal to fund the replacement of outdated components of our kitchen. That project, undertaken to restore the space as a vibrant, working commercial kitchen for St. John’s and its various ministries, will be completed by the beginning of June.
We invite you to celebrate the reopening of our newly remodeled kitchen on Sunday, June 14, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, with a festive brunch in the Parish Hall! Please plan to join us!!
