The upcoming month provides the parishioners of St. John’s with the opportunity to show hospitality to one another and the numerous visitors that we will have on Christmas Eve, Epiphany, and Bishop Mariann Budde’s visit. Volunteers are needed to provide the goodies that make these events so successful and welcoming.
Items are needed for:
- Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, after the 7:30 pm service: cookies and bars of all types
- Epiphany, Jan. 4, after the 10 am service: cakes sliced into individual servings
- Reception for Bishop Budde, Jan. 11, after the 10 am service: savory and sweet finger foods
All items should be brought to the Parish Hall before the services mentioned so that they can be readied for serving. Please mark any items containing nuts or which are gluten-free as such so that we may make those obvious to those eating.
