My story. Your story. What brings us here? What keeps us here?
This session is about our stories and experiences with the Episcopal Church. We’ll explore how our personal journeys intersect with the wider Episcopal tradition—its beauty, its quirks, its challenges, and its call. Whether you were born into the Church or found it later in life, come ready to share, listen, and consider what makes this faith tradition feel like home.
This is the final session of a seven-part series on Episcopal Identity led by St. John's rector, the Rev. Sari Ateek. Starting with our origins, we will explore together some of the key aspects of who we are as Episcopalians, including our defining characteristics, what we believe (and why), our governance structure, and even an introduction to our prayer book.
