Episcopal Identity (Part 1): “Origins”

Sunday, Sept. 22  |  10:00 am  |  Parish Hall / Zoom  -

What are the historical roots of the Episcopal Church?  Why did we come into being? How does our origin story shape our identity today?

This is the first session of a seven-part series on Episcopal Identity led by St. John's rector, the Rev. Sari Ateek.  Starting with our origins, we will explore together some of the key aspects of who we are as Episcopalians, including our defining characteristics, what we believe (and why), our governance structure, and even an introduction to our prayer book.
