Olive Oil Ministry

The Olive Oil Ministry is a subset of the Holy Land Committee and part of a larger inter-congregational effort that raises awareness of the Middle Eastern conflict and promotes peace by selling olive oil on select Sundays.  Proceeds are donated to Tent of Nations, an organic farm near Bethlehem owned by the Palestinian Christian Nassar family, and other humanitarian projects in Palestine.  Tent of Nations seeks to build bridges between people, including neighboring Jewish and Muslim communities, and between people and the land.
