St. John's Holy Land Committee invites you to an intimate conversation about how healthcare can serve as a bridge between Israelis and Palestinians.
The Rev. Anne Derse, Rozana Health Diplomacy CEO Ran Goldstein, and Rozana Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications Diana Shehade will join us in a special roundtable—in St. John's Parish Library or online (Zoom link: bit.ly/DeaconsZoom)—on Monday, November 16, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
They will offer a firsthand report about Rozana’s amazing lifesaving and peacebuilding work under incredibly challenging circumstances in the Holy Land. Hear how Rozana strengthens healthcare to Palestinians, supports communities in Gaza and the West Bank, and creates opportunities for cooperation and human connection across Israel and Palestine.
Rozana is a longstanding partner of St. John’s. The Rev. Anne Derse serves on the board of Rozana USA and will travel to the Holy Land with other members of the Rozana international board in early November to visit Rozana projects and staff on the ground. The Roundtable will offer an update from the visit. Light refreshments will be served.
