Women’s Book Group Discussion of “Upstream: Selected Essays” by Mary Oliver

The Women’s Book Group will meet via Zoom on Monday, March 3, at 7:30 pm to discuss Upstream: Selected Essays, by Mary Oliver, a book of prose by the late poet known for addressing women’s connection with nature.  Anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome.

In April we will discuss Lady Tan’s Circle of Women, by Lisa See, a historical novel of 15th century Ming Dynasty China  inspired by the life of a rare female physician of that time.  In May we will discuss How We Learn to Be Brave: Decisive Moments in Faith, by Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde.
