The women of St John's will gather during the second week of Lent 2026 for a 1-1/2 day retreat at the lovely Bon Secours Retreat Center in Marriottsville, MD. The retreat will begin with breakfast on Saturday, February 28, and conclude the following day after lunch.
The wonderful Rev. Lauren Banks will return as our keynote speaker, and we will have great mix of activities to nourish our spirits and build our community throughout the retreat. While a Saturday-only option is available, staying overnight is special. We will hold Compline and Morning Prayer services in the beautiful chapel, another stimulating session on Sunday morning, and additional fun activities and social time.

The fee for the full retreat is $226. Saturday-only participation is $103. Payment can be made either by check to St. John’s Norwood (memo line noting “Women’s Retreat") or online via Breeze. For those unable to pay the full cost, scholarship support is available; contact our deacon, The Rev. Anne Derse, for details.
