What does it mean to put our faith into action through service to others? Join us for a special Adult Forum as parishioner and pediatric ophthalmologist Vike Vicente shares stories and reflections from his medical mission work in Honduras.
Drawing on his recent surgical mission trip with the Virginia Hospital Center Medical Brigade, as well as experiences spanning more than a decade (2013–2026), Vike will offer a firsthand look at the opportunities and challenges of providing medical care in underserved communities. He will share insights into the life-changing impact of these missions, the importance of access to specialized medical care, and the dedication and collaboration required to bring healing to those in need.
