Planning for Life’s Later Chapters with Wisdom, Compassion, and Confidence
Sunday, June 7 | 10:00 am - 11:00 am | Parish Hall/Zoom (bit.ly/STJNmain) -
The St. John’s Legacy Giving Program is pleased to host a special Adult Education Forum on Sunday, June 7, during the 10:00 am education hour focused on planning for life’s later chapters with wisdom, compassion, and confidence.
One of the goals of the Legacy Giving Program is to serve as a trusted resource and source of support for parishioners as they navigate important life conversations —whether around legacy planning, long-term care, estate planning, caregiving, or simply beginning conversations with loved ones about the future. These topics can sometimes feel overwhelming or difficult to approach, and we hope this forum offers both practical guidance and reassurance that you do not have to navigate these decisions alone.
We are delighted to welcome two outstanding speakers:
- Ginger Noce of Silver Bridges Consulting
Ginger and her team provide full-service guidance to help families identify senior living communities that best meet the needs of their loved ones. Her work is deeply personal, shaped by years of hands-on experience and a compassionate understanding of the many emotions families often experience during these transitions. Ginger brings warmth, insight, and practical expertise to conversations that can otherwise feel daunting. - Lillian Hummel of the Landsman Law Group
Lillian is an elder law and special needs planning attorney known for her empathy, technical expertise, and dedication to service. She helps families navigate some of life’s most important and sensitive transitions with clarity and confidence. Her work includes Medicaid and long-term care planning, special needs trusts, estate and incapacity planning, and helping families protect both personal dignity and financial security through thoughtful legal preparation.
Together, Ginger and Lillian will offer valuable insight into the kinds of planning conversations and decisions that can help families proactively prepare for life’s complexities and transitions.
We hope you will join us for what promises to be an informative, thoughtful, and supportive conversation—and a reminder that St. John’s seeks to walk alongside our parish family through all seasons of life.
