Annual Parish Meeting
Please plan to join our 2021 St. John’s Annual Parish Meeting on Sunday, May 16. This will be a Zoom meeting, and will begin at 11:00 am, immediately following the 10:00 am worship service.
This meeting will take place within the worship Zoom. All members of St. John’s over the age of 18 are invited to log in and participate. It is important that you log in via Zoom for the APM; livestream to YouTube will end after the worship service. If you think you will have difficulties logging in to Zoom, please contact Alex Duncan at email@example.com
In his sermon that morning, Sari plans to talk about our journey as a church over the past year, and where God is guiding us as a community as we look ahead. As a part of the Annual Parish Meeting, we will have the opportunity to elect our new Vestry members and officers and our Diocesan delegates (see all candidate bios here), as well as feature some of the remarkable progress that has been achieved in our social justice and community outreach ministries this year and announce our plans for the upcoming church year. We’ll also report on the current financial state of the Parish, present our most current re-opening planning, staff changes, and offer appreciations and memorials. There will be time for questions.
Information about the logistics of the APM, including how to join, participate, and vote can be found here. If you have any questions about how to participate or vote, please email Lisa Raisner at firstname.lastname@example.org or John Stewart at email@example.com.
We look forward to seeing you all, so please mark your calendars and plan to join us on May 16.
